Vacancy: Account & Admin Executive

Requirements :-
-Preferably Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
-Preferably have 2 or 3 years of accounting experience in healthcare industry. Experience in Pharmaceutical company will be an added advantage.
-Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Successful candidate will be based in Plaza 333, Penampang.

Job Description

• Perform Accounts Receivable, Payable and maintain full set of accounts for the Company.
• Data entry on input and handling of financial data and reports for Company’s automated financial system on daily basis.
• Administration and monitoring of payments and collections.
• Assist to interact with external auditors in completing audits.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies, accounts reconciliation and highlight to Management.
• Assist to periodic creditor reconciliation, monitoring, proper filing and reporting of creditors statements on time.
• Prepare & ensure timely submission of GST return.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers in daily operations.
• Involve in quarterly stock check.
• Prepare employment letter, confirmation or extension letter for new recruits.
• Prepare monthly payroll, EPF, Socso, PCB, yearly EA, update staff leave record etc.
• Monitor cash flow and petty cash account.
• Process monthly staff claims.
• To handle general administrative tasks.
